- Scope of work: Provision of Transportation Logistics Services that include sourcing equipment and assets based on the pre-agreed rates. Managing drivers, sub-contractors, and load schedule according to the client’s requirement. Administering journey management processes, monitoring IVMS system and taking necessary actions. Updating electronic materials tracking system and handling the sub-contractors and their vehicles. Making sure that any issues are resolved in an amicable manner and the resolution is agreed upon by the Sub-contractors.
