1- QC Inspector – Multidiscipline Mechanical
- Role Overview: Ensure quality compliance for fabrication, welding, and installation of mechanical systems.
- Responsibilities:
- Review and approve material test certificates and conduct fit-up inspections.
- Monitor preheating, inter-pass temperature, and PWHT in welding.
- Optimize weld parameters for quality and cost reduction.
- Conduct welder performance qualifications as per ASME, API, and AWS specifications.
- Monitor and maintain records for welders and troubleshoot welding processes.
- Review NDT reports and interpret RT films.
- Prepare and submit documentation as per project requirements.
- Oversee painting/coating processes ensuring compliance with international standards.
- Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Welding Engineering or Metallurgy.
- Certifications: CSWIP 3.1/3.2.2, AWS-CWI, NDT Level-II, BGas Painting Level 2 or equivalent.
- Competencies:
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and IT reporting skills.
- Proficiency in team collaboration and multicultural adaptability.

2- QC Inspector – Civil
- Role Overview: Ensure quality compliance for civil and structural works on-site.
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of civil activities as per ITP, QCP, and international standards.
- Monitor equipment foundations, excavations, concrete work, and structural activities.
- Issue NCRs and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Maintain and verify documentation in compliance with project standards.
- Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and international civil standards.
- Competencies:
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in computerized documentation and reporting.
- Adaptability in a multicultural team environment.

3- Materials Coordinator
- Role Overview: Responsible for managing the flow of materials and documentation to support construction activities, ensuring availability and timely delivery to meet project requirements.
- Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of material requisitions and track vendor documentation.
- Liaise with project engineers and materials departments to update material tracking systems.
- Provide technical support regarding material availability and alternatives.
- Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare regular reports on material status, including shortages and excesses.
- Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in material expediting or purchasing.
- Knowledge of MESC codes & standards, DEP, international codes, and standards.
- Competencies:
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in English and IT reporting tools.

4- Design Engineer
- Role Overview: Responsible for conceptual and detailed design work for pipelines, ensuring compliance with technical standards and project schedules.
- Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical layouts, drawings, and design documentation.
- Review project specifications, technical data, and vendor documents.
- Coordinate with engineering disciplines to resolve technical conflicts.
- Conduct layout feasibility and clash checks, issue Inter-Discipline Checks (IDCs), and prepare isometric drawings for stress analysis.
- Participate in HSE activities and ensure design compliance with safety standards.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in oil and gas pipeline design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SmartPlant, PDMS, and relevant software.
- Competencies:
- Strong team collaboration, technical problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Multidisciplinary knowledge of pipeline engineering and design.

5- Site Manager
- Role Overview:
Oversees construction teams to ensure timely project completion, meeting company standards and HSE requirements. Manages interior site locations and liaises with the company on design, quality, and safety issues. - Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead construction teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure all construction works meet the required technical and safety standards.
- Manpower and material resource control to achieve project objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and report issues to the Construction Manager.
- Handle change control, variance control, and risk management for each project.
- Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Eng.).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in oil and gas project, with at least 2 years on supervising construction activities.
- Competencies:
- Excellent team leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a large workforce in remote locations.
- Decision-making and problem-solving abilities with a focus on project execution and HSE compliance.
- Familiarity with ERP, SAP, and other project management tools.
