1- QC Inspector – Multidiscipline Mechanical

  • Role Overview: Ensure quality compliance for fabrication, welding, and installation of mechanical systems.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Review and approve material test certificates and conduct fit-up inspections.
    • Monitor preheating, inter-pass temperature, and PWHT in welding.
    • Optimize weld parameters for quality and cost reduction.
    • Conduct welder performance qualifications as per ASME, API, and AWS specifications.
    • Monitor and maintain records for welders and troubleshoot welding processes.
    • Review NDT reports and interpret RT films.
    • Prepare and submit documentation as per project requirements.
    • Oversee painting/coating processes ensuring compliance with international standards.
  • Qualifications:

    • Coordinate with engineering disciplines to resolve technical conflicts.

  • Role Overview:

  • Responsibilities:
