AHPS is committed to providing a long term economic and social benefits for Local Community Contractors (LCC). Our  sub-contracting processes encourage the participation of the local community, boost both the workforce development and social investment. They also allow us to deliver commercial benefits for our business while supporting and developing our local communities simultaneously. AHPS has successfully affiliated with more than 80 LCCs, primarily involving communities from the northern concession areas. Over the past four years, the company contracted, managed and executed sub-contracting projects worth more than US$ 20 million. With the support of sub-contractors and LCC companies, our overall resource capacity exceeded 2500 employees.
